Do you have any questions? We are always happy to help.
Is early or late arrival possible?
Your room will be available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Whether a spontaneous early arrival is possible depends on our availability. To guarantee an early arrival from 12 noon, please clarify this in advance with our reception. In any case, we charge a small surcharge of €10 for early arrivals.
We offer you the option of storing your luggage with us free of charge before check-in.
For late check-in:
Please inform us of your arrival time. We will then provide you with a code for our code locks on the room doors, along with instructions for use. There is also a notice on each floor explaining how to use the locks. Our entrance door to the rooms is located next to the pharmacy. This door is open 24 hours a day and is monitored by CCTV.
When is the latest I can check out?
Check-out is until 10 a.m. Late check-out until 3 p.m. is possible on request for an additional charge of €25.
What if the reception desk is unattended?
We are available by telephone 24 hours a day.
If you plan to arrive outside of our reception hours, please let us know in advance.
Opening hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and Monday: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Are dogs permitted?
Yes, dogs are allowed. We charge an extra fee of €10.
Is smoking permitted in the rooms?
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or anywhere else in the hotel. If you smoke in your room, a cleaning fee of €250 will be charged.
